Same Day Instructions for: Passport Renewal In order for us to process your passport for you, we must receive the following information: Note: In order for us to do a Renewal for you your passport must have been issued within the past 15 years or less and you had to be 16 years of age or older. Follow these instructions if you are leaving the country within 4 business days. REQUIREMENTS 1) DSP-82 red amendment form (print out and fill in blanks) 2) Your expired passport. 3) 2 copies of Letter of Authorization (print out and fill in blanks) 4) 2 Passport Photographs taken by a passport photographer 5) Government Fee - $115.00 6) You must have proof of departure, which will be ONE of the following: 7) You must fax a copy of the Instructions for Same/Next Day Service of Passports to us so we know that you are sending a passport to us.We then reserve a space for your passport application with the passport office. Please print and fill out the Instructions for Same/Next Day Service of Passports and include a copy inside your Fed Ex Priority Overnight envelope.
